De nouveaux labels sont en pr\u00e9paration, par exemple pour l\u2019agneau de Sologne ou le Tr\u00e8fle du Perche. On retrouve aussi le Label Rouge, notamment pour certaines volailles.<br>Enfin, on cherche \u00e0 faire revivre d\u2019anciennes races locales comme la poule de Contres ou la vache Fine Percheronne, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la collaboration entre agriculteurs, bouchers et restaurateurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\">D&rsquo;apr\u00e8s Les Fiches de l\u2019Observatoire &#8211; Mai 2023 &#8211; N\u00b0175 &#8211; Observatoire de l\u2019\u00c9conomie et des Territoires<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Les agriculteurs du Loir-et-Cher cherchent \u00e0 diversifier leurs activit\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le d\u00e9partement est 2e de la r\u00e9gion pour les circuits courts (vente directe entre producteurs et consommateurs).
