L\u2019universit\u00e9 m\u2019a offert de tr\u00e8s bonnes conditions de travail. Les conditions que l\u2019on peut trouver dans la recherche aux \u00c9tats-Unis restent uniques. On nous donne beaucoup de moyens pour mener nos travaux, m\u00eame si nous somme beaucoup \u00e9valu\u00e9s. Les institutions nationales subventionnent la science \u00e0 des niveaux beaucoup plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 qu\u2019en Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La plupart de mes coll\u00e8gues sont \u00e9trangers et sont tr\u00e8s ouverts \u00e0 la diversit\u00e9, ce qui donne un environnement ouvert et agr\u00e9able.
